How the Valorant skin library stays current

Plain-English answer to the question every careful Valorant skin checker asks before installing: what does the tool actually carry, and how often does it refresh?

What the tool is

A local Windows skin changer that loads any Valorant skin in your loadout — Vandal, Phantom, Operator, karambit, every weapon Riot has shipped. The catalog covers approximately 1,400 skins, all unlocked from first launch. No accounts, no logins, no subscriptions.

How the library is built

Skin models, animations and visual effects are loaded from Riot's public asset metadata. The catalog rebuilds nightly and a Valorant new skin bundle lands in the library within days of each store rotation. Esports and limited drops — Champions, Sentinels of Light, Game Changers — stay in the library permanently because Riot does not reissue them.

What it does not do

  • Does not unlock skins in your Riot inventory.
  • Does not modify aim, recoil, hitboxes or any gameplay value.
  • Does not interact with the Riot store, wallet or VP.
  • Designed for offline modes, custom games and the practice range.

Buying skins the official way

If a preview convinces you to buy, the safe path is the in-game Riot store and Night Market rotations. The most expensive Valorant skin sets — Exclusive-tier melee variants — only return through fresh Riot rotations. See the Valorant skin prices table for every tier.
